Aloha! My name is Brandi. I am licensed in Hawaii as a substance abuse counselor and a mental health counselor. I am also licensed in Washington and Iowa as a mental health counselor. I have 10+ years of professional work experience in mental health. Life has its difficult moments. I specialize in helping people who are struggling with depression, anxiety, ADHD, substance use or are going through some sort of life change. Whether it be life changes like moving or a death of a loved one, switching jobs or recurring relationship issues, change can be tough (even if it a positive one). Do you need someone to talk to in a safe space without feeling judged? I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
